What to look for in a UK job automation tool
UK-specific job boards. Reed and Adzuna are where most UK roles are posted outside LinkedIn. If a tool only does LinkedIn or Indeed US, you're missing the majority of the UK market.
ATS-native submission. Browser injection tricks that fill LinkedIn Easy Apply get filtered out by serious recruiters. Tools that submit via Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby APIs land in the actual applicant queue.
Reply tracking. The whole point of automating applications is to increase your odds. Without reply tracking, you have no idea which jobs or sources are working — and you'll miss recruiter follow-ups.
