Legal tech is reshaping hiring in 2026

AI contract review (Luminance, Harvey, Kira), CLM platforms, and e-discovery are creating entirely new roles at law firms and in-house teams. If you have experience with legal tech tools, lead with it — it commands a 15–25% salary premium over pure legal skills.

Legal Ops Manager and Legal Technology Specialist are among the fastest-growing roles in UK law (2024–2026 data).
