Terms of Service

1. What Autoply does

Autoply automates job applications on your behalf. By using the service, you instruct Autoply to find matching jobs, tailor your CV and cover letter per role, identify the relevant hiring manager or recruiter at each company, and send a direct cold email with your application materials. You remain the applicant — Autoply is the tool you use to reach hiring managers directly.

2. Your responsibilities

  • All information you provide (CV, work history, qualifications) must be accurate and truthful. Autoply does not fabricate experience.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that automating applications does not violate the terms of service of any job platform you apply to.
  • You must be legally eligible to work in the locations you apply to.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Credits and payments

  • Credits are consumed when an application is submitted (1 credit = 1 application). Credits are non-refundable once used.
  • Unused credits do not expire for one-time packages. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing period.
  • If a technical failure prevents an application from being submitted, the credit is not consumed.
  • Refunds for unused credits are at our discretion and must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

4. No guarantees

Autoply does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment. We automate the application process — outcomes depend on employers, the job market, and your qualifications. We cannot guarantee that all outreach emails will be delivered, opened, or responded to, as this depends on recipient email systems and individual hiring decisions.

5. Acceptable use

  • You may not use Autoply to submit fraudulent applications or misrepresent your identity.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
  • You may not use Autoply for any illegal purpose.

6. Gmail / Outlook integration

When you connect your email, you grant Autoply read-only access to detect recruiter replies. Autoply only reads emails from known recruiter domains or with job-related subjects. We do not read, store, or process any other emails. You can revoke access at any time from Settings.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Limitation of liability

Autoply is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NECTA Labs Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
