Who are the candidates on Autoply?
Autoply users are primarily UK-based tech, product, and digital professionals actively looking for work. They upload a real CV, set job preferences, and opt in to recruiter outreach — so you're only reaching people who are genuinely open to opportunities.
How does the messaging limit work?
Each plan has a monthly message allowance (5 on Free, 25 on Starter, 100 on Growth). The counter resets on the 1st of every month. You can upgrade at any time to increase your limit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no card required at signup. You'll only be charged after the trial ends.
Can candidates see my company name before they reply?
Yes. When you send a message, candidates can see your name and company. This transparency leads to higher reply rates because candidates know exactly who they're talking to.
What happens when a candidate replies?
You'll receive an email notification and their reply will appear in your Messages dashboard. You can then take the conversation off-platform via email.
Can I export my saved candidates?
Yes — you can export all saved candidates (with pipeline stage and notes) to CSV from your Saved Candidates page.
